		<description>@Samurai that is budgeting to a $0 balance, not living paycheck to paycheck. Living paycheck to paycheck means you are spending literally your entire paycheck on necessities and stupidities, not saving. 

The biggest problem with the pay check to pay check living is the stress it causes on you and your family. When you finally reach the point where you are no longer counting the days until you get that next check you are much more relaxed and happy.</description>

		<description>If it&#039;s in a Savings account and you have an emergency, you could actually tap that and not incur credit card debt at 30% though, right?  It sounds as though you&#039;re employing a hard core budgeting strategy as opposed to literally living at or above your means.</description>
