		<description>Love the UGA ETF! One of the most underrated, and unmentioned, ETFs in the investing universe. Then again, I suppose it&#039;s hard being the USO&#039;s little brother!

I&#039;m sure there are several ETFs or individual stocks you could pick (Utilities SPDR comes to mind or maybe a high dividend utility company), but have you considered a backyard windmill? A few start up companies are offering efficient windmill systems for $3k. Solar panels could also be the way to go, but there is a higher cost to entry.

		<description>Nice article.  I live in an all electric house in the desert.
My annual electric bill far exceeds my gasoline bill and the local utility is making noises about another rate increase.
Any suggestions along these lines?

BTW, I used to work for ARCO and would tell my wife everytime gas went up that our stock was up also; so we &quot;broke even&quot;.  Of course, this only works if you sell the stock.</description>
